Major Disappointment

(A review of I Am Legend)After reading the book I was hoping for a great vampire movie but this film was not a great vampire movie. It did have it's moments but it wasn't anywhere near as good as the book. They used zombies instead of vampires and they barely even showed them. The book was well written and had a point. This movie had no point. While it would have been okay to take the movie and make it different from the book, this movie changed the point. The point was he was the only survior, making him legend, the vampires used to be legend but then there were so many of them. The man was the last man and he fought until the end. Will Smith ran away throughout most of the movie. It was too different from the book. It's the first movie I've ever been to where people walked out and said they didn't get it. 0 comments, Reply to this entry

(A review of 30 Days of Night)I didn't think Josh Hartnett would pull off the role of Eben, but he did. It was a great movie, although some parts were funny, this was the best horror movie I've seen in a long time. I just wish they'd stuck to the comic a little more.
